Each appointment is different and geared toward a certain objective.
First appointment
The first visit allows us1- to identify

- the underlying cause(s)
- the postural, emotional, dietary and other factors that may be contributing to the initial problem (which will be dealt with further during subsequent visits)

- the prognosis
- the number of treatments required
- the frequency of treatments
- the length of treatments
- the possible side effects of treatments
- exercises to do at home
- recommended changes to your lifestyle
3- to relieve your pain.

You will be asked certain questions about the nature of your problem, about your medical and family (genetic) history, as well as about your lifestyle.

We will perform several tests (postural, muscular, neurological, orthopedic) to help us diagnose and treat the problem. If X-rays are needed, they are usually taken during the second visit. Other tests may be required, such as lab tests, scans or MRIs.

The first treatment

Second visit
We perform a more complete chiro-energetic treatment similar to the first. Depending on the X-ray results obtained during this visit, we may also supplement your treatment with some traditional chiropractic techniques.Third visit
This appointment consists of two energy-healing treatments that last twice as long as a regular session.Fourth and subsquent visits
From here on, treatments become more precise and focused. We review the different postures and other factors that are causing your discomfort. We also recommend some exercises.
